Festival Experience: OVN Freedom Festival
The OVN Freedom Festival is a community-driven celebration designed to bring veterans, families, first responders, and the greater Westmoreland County community together in a meaningful, welcoming environment.
At its heart, the festival is about connection — honoring service, strengthening community, and creating space where veterans feel seen, supported, and included. The day blends remembrance with celebration, recognizing both sacrifice and the strength that comes from standing together.
Festival features include:
- Multiple live bands music - Veteran & 1st Responders
- Veteran Support Organizations and resources
- Veteran-owned and First Responder-owned businesses
- Military displays
- Food trucks and community vendors
- Family-friendly activities, including a Kids Zone
- Special ceremony to honor our fallen hereos
The OVN Fallen Heroes Ride merges into the festival, culminating in a special public ceremony honoring Westmoreland County service members who gave their lives during Desert Storm and Operation Enduring Freedom — ensuring their stories are remembered and carried forward.
Whether attending for the music, the mission, or the community, the OVN Freedom Festival is a place to celebrate, honor, and be together.

Jennerstown Speedway Complex is a racetrack in Jennerstown, Pennsylvania. Built on land that was once home to the Jenners Fair the track had its start in the 1920s as a flat, half-mile dirt track.
